- MS Customer Relationship Management.

- Services’ monthly promotion plan.
In order to achieve the job objectives, the following has to be attained:
- Understand the Company’s clearly and simply.
- Positive interaction with customers during the phone conversations or interviews at the Company’s headquarters, and define their various needs and requirements.
- Update customers’ information regularly on MS Customer Relationship Management.
- Implement work monthly plan approved by the Unit Head.
- Provide monthly progress report on the work plan.
- Any other duties that may be assigned to the job incumbent in the course of working within the Unit.
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and Public Relations, Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
Hands-on experience of 2 – 3 years in the same field.
(Ability to understand, change, direct and control behaviors of individuals and groups)
- Reading comprehension: ability to comprehend the sentences and paragraphs related to work.
- Effective listening: pay full attention to what others say, take time to understand the presented points, ask questions as may be required and do not interrupt the speaker unless at suitable time.
- Speaking: convey information to others effectively by speaking.
- Writing: communicate efficiently in writing in a way that suits interlocutors’ needs.
- Time management: manage your time and that of others.

- Arabic and English languages: knowledge of syntax, vocabulary, spelling, phrasing and grammar.
- Administration: familiarity with the principles of businesses and administration including the strategic planning.
- Computer: awareness of computer software including applications and programs.
- Time management skills considering the daily, monthly and yearly objectives or work.
- Telephonic, electronic and interviewing communication skills.
- Results conclusion skills.
- Planning and organization.
Candidate must have transferrable Kuwait residency.
