1- Educational Requirements:

Bachelor degree in any major; preferably graduates of English language departments.

2- Work Experience:

8 to 10 years of experience, out of which 3 years in executive secretary role.

3- Technical Skills:

Knowledge:

– Excellent knowledge of office management duties.

– Proficient in conducting online research and infer conclusions with respect to different topics as required.

– Capable of preparing different forms and templates of correspondences and final business deliverable.

Languages:

Fluent in Arabic and English languages in terms of reading, writing and speaking.

Computer:

Proficiency of Microsoft applications, e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and Project.
