Graphic Designer

Job Objectives

Preparing and managing soft and hard graphic designs for all the Company’s business deliverables according to the approved specifications and standards of the international corporate identity.

Job Roles

  • Artwork creation of brochures, adverts, flyers and roll-ups, etc.
  • Designs, lays out and produces artwork such as graphs, charts, posters, signs, etc.
  • Create images that identify a service or convey a message.
  • Select Colors, Images, Text style and layout.
  • Review designs for errors before printing or publishing.
  • Daily Execution of social media accounts (Producing Content, Graphic Design for posts, maximizing the online opportunities to reach target audience).
  • Coordinate relationships with vendors, preparing specifications and obtaining estimates for final approval.
  • Review and develop Business Offers, tenders and proposals sent to clients.
  • Designing and developing the Company’s business deliverables, including but not limited, to the following:
    • Imaging of the Company’s Website.
    • List of publications.
    • Printed advertisements.
    • Electronic advertisements.
    • Designing electronic marketing messages.

Job Requirements

  1. Qualifications

    Bachelor Degree in Fine Arts or equivalent.

  2. Experience

    At least 5 years’ experience in the same position.

      • Fluency in both Arabic and English (reading, writing and speaking).

      • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
      • Presentation skills.
    • Technical Skills

      (The job specific knowledge and techniques required to perform an organizational role)

      • Having oral and written communication skills.
      • Computer: Microsoft Office in particular Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
      • Software: Adobe CS – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and PowerPoint.
      • Using Adobe various applications such as:
        • Flash
        • Photoshop
        • Dreamweaver
        • Illustrator
        • Fireworks
        • Premier
        • InDesign
    • Administrative Skills

      Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.


Candidate must have transferrable Kuwait residency.
