Job Description
| Job Objective |
To design and deliver training programs that build organizational capability in AI technologies and applications. |
| Job Responsibilities |
- Develop and deliver AI/ML training modules for technical and non-technical staff.
- Customize training programs based on business and learner needs.
- Conduct hands-on workshops, simulations, and case studies.
- Assess learners’ progress and provide feedback and mentoring.
- Keep training content updated with emerging AI trends and tools.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify AI skill gaps.

| Educational Qualifications |
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field (Master’s preferred). |
| Professional Certificates |
- AI/ML certifications (e.g., Google Professional ML Engineer, Microsoft Certified AI Engineer, AWS Certified ML Specialist).
- Training certifications (e.g., Certified Professional in Training Management – CPTM, or equivalent) are a plus.

| Experience (Areas of Expertise) |
- Proven experience in AI/ML training or technology instruction.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools, frameworks, and platforms.
- Experience developing structured training materials and e-learning content.
- Exposure to corporate training environments or academic teaching.

- Proficiency in AI/ML tools and programming languages (Python, R).
- Strong instructional design and presentation skills.
