Job Description
Job Objective / Summary | Monitor and follow up the current engagements in terms of: - Costs budget vs actuals
- Accomplishment of the engagement milestones within the determined timelines

Qualifications | - Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering; or
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, major in accounting
|
Professional Certificates | - Certified Management Accountant (CMA) Certificate is a must for candidates with bachelor’s degree in commerce
- Professional Certificates are an extra advantage, e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate or Prince2 Certificate
|
Experience | - 5 years of experience in project operations management domain.
- Experience in international audit firms is an extra advantage.

Job Responsibilities | -
Conduct monthly review of the implementation status of the current engagements for each department within Professional and Consulting Services Division and prepare dashboards for the implementation of current engagements in terms of: - Cost components as per budget vs actuals
- Timelines for the implementation of current engagements
- Conduct monthly review and prepare report on available working hours against working hours actually spent, identify surplus hours, and set plan for utilization thereof;
- Make recommendations and suggestions for improving current engagement lifecycle; and
- Perform any other tasks that may be assigned to them.

- Project management applications
- MS Dynamics 365 ERP – “Project Operations” Module is an extra advantage

Technical Skills | - Understanding and grasping project implementation phases
- Understanding and grasping cost components versus revenues
- Understanding and grasping project implementation timelines
- Understanding and grasping project sign-off process
