| Job Objective / Summary |
Lead and prepare specialized investment studies and analyses, including economic feasibility studies, business valuations, and asset impairment testing and assessments, with the objective of supporting investment decisions and delivering accurate, value-adding professional outcomes and recommendations to clients in line with recognized professional standards. |

Ensure compliance with applicable international standards, instructions issued by relevant regulatory authorities, and best professional practices in the field of transaction advisory services.

Engagements
- Manage the transaction advisory services portfolio through planning, organizing, and monitoring all engagements to ensure timely completion with the required quality level.
- Review engagement letters with clients and ensure clarity of the scope of work and mutual obligations prior to implementation.
- Supervise the execution of engagements from initiation to closure, ensuring added value is delivered to clients and their satisfaction is attained.
- Review final transaction advisory reports and ensure their accuracy and compliance with professional standards as well as applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain ongoing coordination and communication with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations that support their decision-making process.
- Manage the risks related to transaction advisory engagements and ensure contingency plans are in place to address them.

Team Management
- Lead transaction advisory teams, allocate tasks considering their competencies and experience, and monitor their performance to ensure adherence to professional standards and quality of deliverables.
- Develop and build the professional capabilities of transaction advisory teams through regular training, on-the-job coaching and knowledge transfer.

| Qualifications |
- Bachelor’s degree in finance.
- Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration is an extra advantage.
|
| Professional Certificates |
Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) Certification, or any Levels thereof. |
| Experience |
- Minimum experience of 10 years in transaction advisory services, preferably out of which minimum 5 years in international audit firms.
- Experience in managing transaction advisory teams and developing their professional skills.
- Experience in managing diversified transaction advisory portfolios across various sectors.

| Skills |
- Proficiency in relevant international standards applicable to transaction advisory services, with the ability to apply them in practice.
- Thorough knowledge of the regulations and requirements of relevant regulatory authorities related to transaction advisory services.
- In-depth knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and related legislation.
- Strong leadership skills in managing, guiding and motivating teams.
- High efficiency in time and project management and adherence to time schedules.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions based on financial models.
- Effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to draft reports and presentations in English language while the Arabic language is an extra advantage.
