Manager Management Consulting

Job Objective

To accomplish the clients’ engagements in relation to management and HR consulting activities.

Qualification

  • Bachelor Degree, preferably in business management or engineering.
  • Professional certificate in management system and/or Human Resources such as PHR – SPHR – CIPD – GPHR.

Experience

10 years of experience in management consulting domain.

Job Responsibilities

  • Preparation of services promotion plan that to be implemented by business development section.
  • Preparation of proposals and engagement letters;
  • Implanting engagement letters that include client’s communication, planning, fieldwork, reporting and invoicing.
  • Internal monthly reporting in relation to department activities.

Knowledge

  • Management consulting standards and best practices.
  • Private Sector Labor Law No. 6 of 2010, as amended.
  • Capital Market Authority Executive Bylaws Regulations No. 7 of 2010.

Key Competences

  • Native Arabic Speaker. Excellent English Language in terms of reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Familiar with auditing software solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Mathematical skills.
  • Upload strong work ethics, in particular, the confidentiality of information.

Human Skills

  • Punctuality and timely attendance.
  • Passion for continuous learning.
  • Highly motivated.

Mandate Requirements

  • Transferable residency.
  • Non-smoker.
  • Valid Kuwaiti driving license.
