Minimum of 10 years of proven project management experience, with at least 5 years managing PPP projects. |
Job Duties |
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of PPP projects, ensuring alignment with contractual, financial, and operational objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from both public and private sectors to ensure project goals and milestones are met.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
- Oversee project performance and progress, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including government entities, private partners, contractors, and consultants.
- Provide regular project updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders and senior management. Knowledge of local and international PPP standards and best practices is a plus.

Technical Skills |
- Project Management Tools: Proficiency in using tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar for project scheduling and tracking.
- Risk Management: Expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks using frameworks like ISO 31000 or similar methodologies.
- Contract Management: In-depth understanding of PPP contractual frameworks, including Concession Agreements, BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer), and BOO (Build-Own-Operate) models.
- Stakeholder Analysis: Skilled in managing complex stakeholder networks and facilitating effective communication among diverse groups.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with local and international standards, guidelines, and regulatory requirements specific to PPP projects.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Ability to work with large datasets, generate insights, and prepare detailed project performance reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, etc.
- Quality Assurance: Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and the ability to implement quality assurance processes in project delivery.
- Contract Negotiation: Competence in negotiating terms and conditions with public and private stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Technical Documentation: Proficiency in preparing and reviewing technical documents, RFPs, RFQs, and project deliverables.
