Job Description

Job Objective / Summary Provide expert HR consulting services, including strategy development, policy creation, talent management, and compliance to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or any relevant major
Professional Certificates
  • Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
  • Senior Professional in Human Resources International (SPHRi)
Experience 10 years of experience in HR consulting, out of which 5 years in international audit firms
Job duties
  1. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks.
  2. Advise on talent acquisition, workforce planning, and performance management.
  3. Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
  4. Design compensation, benefits, and employee engagement strategies.
  5. Conduct job analysis, benchmarking, and job description creation.
  6. Provide training on HR best practices and leadership development.
Job Responsibilities Overall, the candidate should execute HR consulting services engagements in an efficient and effective manner and proactively escalate all issues and challenges to the higher position on a regular basis.

The candidate should be fully aware of the business environment in the State of Kuwait, including:
