Internal Audit Quality Assessment
Internal Audit Quality Assessment Service includes issuing an assurance report by a CMA-registered auditor on review and assessment of the internal audit function in accordance with the requirements set forth in Module 15 “Corporate Governance” of the Executive Bylaws of Law No. 7 of 2010 regarding the Establishment of Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities. The report should be submitted to the Capital Markets Authority every three years no later than the 30 June.

The Ministry of Finance shall be provided with FATCA assurance reports no later than 31 August of every year.
