Also, Capital Markets Authority (CMA) has issued its instructions in Resolution No. 72 of 2015 regarding issuance of Executive Regulations of Law No. 7 of 2010 concerning the Establishment of Capital Markets Authority and Regulation of Securities Business, as amended – Volume X.
This course aims at familiarizing the participants working for companies and banks with the disclosures, information and data to be disclosed in accordance with CMA and CBK instructions, so as to avoid any violations as a result of failure to disclose as per the said instructions.
The course also aims at highlighting the impact of disclosures to the dealers in terms of obtaining the required information in a transparent, equitable and timely manner.
